EU Software Patents, again...
Software patents are still a major issue and courts still accept their validity, sometimes. It's not just time to clarify patent law, but once and for all get rid of software patents. A new European petition is at http://stopsoftwarepatents.eu.
At http://stopsoftwarepatents.org/ they've got the only sensible definition of software patents :). "A software patent is a right to litigate against authors of software granted to an applicant as a reward for the disclosure of hot air."
